Would not recommend this company, my car went for a repair and came back with even more scratches on it which is disgusting considering its only 3.months old, I am looking into what to do next to make sure they are investigated for their trade because its obvious they don't provide a good service.

Direct line allocated them as repairers for my vehicle. Website and insurance say the should be open 8 - 5. Yet between Christmas and New Year exactly after 10 mins of being on hold you get a message to say “offices are now closed” and line cuts dead. Odd how it’s exactly 10mins each time you call during opening times.... read full comment

I've had my car in for repair for almost a month, I phoned up last week and was told it was just waiting to be checked. I phoned again on Monday and I was told it was still being repaired. BAD SERVICE.. We are now at 23rd Dec and still I have no car. I'm now expecting my 100.00 to be refunded
