Poor customer service. Staff at the till were laughing at customers because of the language barrier. Just do your job instead of asking so many unnecessary questions! Other staff standing in the middle of shop chatting... They give you digital receipts only to get your email for marketing purpose.

Terrible customer service on Tuesday 18/3/25 at 15:38 from the male sales assistant. Doors and website say open until 8 pm. It is 19:20 And the shop is shut With their normally route staff member ignoring anyone trying to open the door
