Was recently at David Lloyd in Newhaven and couldn’t be happier with the facilities and the amazing staff. Alana was fantastic and super friendly and the American girl at reception (Tessa) went out of her way to make me feel welcome. The staff really do make this club what it is.

Highly recommend Mark Hopkins for personal training - he's very thorough, explains what the exercises do and why they're beneficial, and makes it fun. Always has a funny joke up his sleeve. I'm genuinely appalled by the level of customer service I've encountered. On September 29th, I submitted a formal complaint, and it's been an agonizing two weeks without receiving any response.
