Got scammed into buying HEETS for my friend’s IQOS device instead of TEREA as they did not have any TEREA and convinced me that the HEETS would work on the device. Shop and luggage drop-off to be avoided at all costs. The reception staff are rude and rip off tourists! We were stuck with our luggage and as a result he made us pay more than expected. We are taking action against him via the Nanny Bag website. I hope he will no longer be part of this network.
