I was lost , trying to make my way back to my car after the Oasis gig at Murrayfield last night. I asked in here for help and the 2 lads were great. One offered to charge my phone and the other lad put the information into his phone and gave me full directions back to my car. Top service, thanks so much.

I had a terrible experience here while refuelling my motorcycle. Despite using the official BPme app to pre-authorise payment and not entering the store, staff stopped the pump mid-fill and demanded I remove my helmet. Took ages for card machine to charge me this morning and then it was apparently denied. Put card in with Pin and properly charged. Just checked and lo & behold the first one went through. Need to keep any eye out card not been cloned. At it, won't be back.
