The Evri printer has been broken for the past few months, starting before December 2024, and it’s still broken as of February is reaching. We can’t scan the QR code or print a label. There’s a handwritten note on the printer saying it’s out of order. Tesco Express and Evri need to fix this issue immediately!

This store is a joke. I brought this problem to the attention of staff weeks ago and has obviously fallen on deaf ears. When you use the self service tills and you ask for a receipt you are unable to read it because it needs ink. And today guess what I still can't read the column with the prices because there's no ink.... read full comment
