“I shop here over all the majority of supermarkets because of the quality of product, it isn't really cheaper nowadays by much but in my opinion it is better quality, plus the staff are so friendly is a bonus”

“Floor is laid out nicely. Very good offers on multibuy items. Sufficient stock available on the shelves and very nicely displayed. Staff is very helping and friendly. Speedy service at the till. Plenty of free parking outside.That s pretty much everything a customer wants from a retail unit.Excellent shopping experience.”

“I just visited your Dunfermline store for the first time today and I will certainly be back! I was greeted with a cheery “Good Morning” before I’d even turned into the first aisle by a friendly female staff member. All staff were helpful and friendly which compared to other stores is a vast improvement. The young man on the checkout was also, kind, helpful and professional. So, that’s the staff. The shop was well stocked, reasonable prices and it’s nice to see stock that isn’t standard in other stores. Thanks very much to everyone - I look forward to my next visit!”

“Always really friendly staff that recognise you when you come in. Can have a chat and they always seem happy to help. Seems like a positive working atmosphere.Prices are typically so much better than every other shop and usually their off-brand products are a great saving.”

“Small local co-op but has decent selection with a chilled foods & frozen section. Can also do the lottery & is a paypoint for bills & a collect+ location for deliveries. Staff always happy & chatty”

“My husband and I visited this store for the first time today. As with any Extra store the range of goods on offer here is large. The clothing section is extensive and holds something for anyone. We also visited the cafe in the store, it was clean, with nice food on offer at a very reasonable price and the staff were helpful and friendly. Having done a brief clothes and food shop, we went to pay and were served by a lovely lady cashier. Very friendly, very helpful, the way I'd like to be served all the time. The only disappointment about this Extra store is the car park seems pretty limited. I believe a McDonalds was constructed in the car park not long ago, which does detract from visiting the store. I'm giving the majority of the above four stars based on the good service we received from the staff today.”

“This is the best Tesco I have visited. The signage is excellent and staff helpful. Good management, which opened tills as soon as there were queues. Product range and general ambience are first class as is the number of parking spaces.
Other Tescos should benchmark this store.”

“Cannot fault this store in terms of staff support, well stocked shelves and cleanliness of the store itself. I live over 150 miles from this area and use the store as a convenient drop in, on my way to visit family. I have never been treated with anything other than utmost respect and kindness. As a senior citizen (oh how I dislike that phrase, I am old, lets face it, but not dottled), I am assisted when I need to be, and not treated with anything less than courtesy and sometimes a little humour too when I start chatting at the till. Not when there is a queue behind me of course! The car park has fairly recently been resurfaced and it is clean. The bottle bank, trolleys and parcel collection area is generally free of rubbish and the place seems safe enough, even after dark in the winter months. Just want to say thank you to all the staff who I have been in contact with for the past 8 years or so, albeit infrequently. Happy to reccomend this store, whether you are in a hurry or have plenty of time to spare, the staff always have time for the customers. Oh, there is an ATM outside too and bus stop right outside. Traffice lights for pedestrians make it easy to access the bus stop across the road too.”
