“Went in to the shop to get a spar key and programmed to my car. Stuart was amazing from start to finish, booked in and came to the shop. Left my car and key and went off for a coffee, got a call back to say unfortunately there was an issue with this type of Mazda and it may be the we need to go the official route. But if ok he has a colleague that may be able to assist. Came back the next day and left my car and key and he was able to resolve for me. The whole time he was completely upfront with me and couldn’t be more helpful. I would definitely recommend him and Timpsn”
