“Nice shop for getting visa photos for young kids and when you need a photo in urgent basis. Price is just too too much. I had to take 2 visa size photo for my kid for France on urgent basis, the cost was £12.99, just huge. You should go here, when you don't have any other choice. Although I got my job done through them as I needed the photos in around an hour.”
“I took a tricky restitching job to a couple of other locations, but they referred me to Donna at Queensferry, and I'm so glad they did because she is a BOSS. She knew exactly what needed doing, and even though it was hard, did it beautifully, plus put new heel plates on (having noticed they were nearly worn out) and then polished everything up as a treat. I am in awe. I wish I lived in Edinburgh so I could take my shoes to Donna every time. Absolute hero.”

“Went in to buy a replacement for a remote car key at over £160. Kevin was extremely helpful and explained that it might be possible to fix rather than replace it.30 mins later he had transferred the electronic part into a new case, cut a new key and fitted a new battery all for £50. Great service. It's the only place I'll go for keys now!”

All work was explained to me before they started. I could have picked my boots up 3 hours later!When I went in the next day to pick up boots I got 2 copies of my house key made. This was a matter of mere minutes and both keys work perfectly.On both visits the staff were excellent. Helpful, friendly and efficient.Highly recommended.”
