“I'll start this review off by saying that this was my second attempt with Optical Express as first time round wasn't a very satifying experience (not Dundee). Moving on, the company had been recommended to me from a friend so I thought I'd give them a second chance as the feedback I'd received was very good. I don't normally give second chances but here I was booking an appointment.I was met by a young lad called Adam Stewart and after an inital chat about my needs and expectations he took me through all the eye tests that were required for lens replacement surgery.Adam carried himself in a very professional manner. Well dressed with polished shoes and politely spoken. His knowledge, advice and lack of pushy sales pitch led to me going away to have a think about things, after a few emails I have now booked in for my, hopefully life changing surgery.So far I'm very happy with the service and looking forward to the treatment. I will do another review after my operation has been carried out. Staff in Dundee were all very well welcoming and helpful.”
