“When I went in, it was quiet. A gentleman was in front and unfortunately he had difficulty with a few questions about his parcel and then his card failed. The queue got longer as there was only one cashier. Another one arrived and all were swiftly dealt with. Both staff were very kind and helpful. Regarding wheelchair access, it's a tight squeeze to get in.”
