I bank regularly with my local Rotary Club. When there is a queue it moves very slowly. It seems to be a balance of dealing with one customer at a time v recognising there is a long frustrated queue waiting behind. It would help if all three service desks were occupied with staff. Instead of having apparently Unoccupied staff wandering in and out of noisily banging doors much to the frustration of waiting customers

for me I always find the staff friendly and helpful but were in the time for change like everyone is trying to cut their running costs every business is doing it, the staff at this branch must get harassed at some point and its not their fault about the changes RBS have made but they have to do what their employer wants, yes the long ques are a real pain but you have to take into account we all get our bank services free like cash lines ect and for me the staff are always very helpfull

The lines are out the door in and around lunch time. I joined the Que clean shaven and wen i left I had a 4ft beard Plus my partner gave birth to twins!? And she wasnt even pregnant wen i joined the Que!!

Terrible Bank, awkward staff, constant change in banking routines, always lines of customers. They shut 2 other local branches, clearly downsized and left Cumbernauld with this mess
