I bank regularly with my local Rotary Club. When there is a queue it moves very slowly. It seems to be a balance of dealing with one customer at a time v recognising there is a long frustrated queue waiting behind. It would help if all three service desks were occupied with staff. terrible been waiting for about 35 minutes and not been seen pathetic the fannying about by other customers is ridiculous
