“On our way back from Inverness to Luton, we stopped for a lunch break at a restaurant. It was a nice, clean, and cozy place with very tidy washrooms. They offered a buffet lunch for £15 per person, which featured a wide variety of non-vegetarian options, a little less numbers of vegetarian options, but an impressive selection of delicious desserts.
Although the number of vegetarian options was limited compared to the non-vegetarian choices, the service was excellent. We were able to request a dish that wasn't on the menu, and the chef kindly prepared Kadhai paneer for us.
A few vegetarian options I remember included poppadoms, fries, noodles, naan, mixed vegetables, pakoras, and salads. I would definitely recommend this place!”
