“Wandered in for a couple of drinks as we were staying in the area. Small but welcoming. Staff were great and the on site dog friendly.Has a couple of rooms with one having a screen which allows them to show sport or other things.Decent selection of drinks from beer to wine to whisky amongst other things. Plenty of games and cards to keep you amused too.Will go back if in the area.”

“The room was nice, clean, comfortable bed and very quiet. I overlook the garden and in the distance you can see the sea. Equipped with a kettle with instant coffee and tea and everything needed for showering and shampooing. A hairdryer was missing.
The owners available. The structure appears a little neglected but overall welcoming.”

“A colleaged was booked in to stay and invited me to dine with her. We both had the mac and cheese and the parmesan truffle fries. Thet were wonderful. My colleague told me the room was great and she was very comfortable and well looked after by the very friendly attentive staffFood & drinks: A five selection of spirits particularly local gins and whiskies. Food is delicious”

“I was pleasantly surprised about how amazing this place was. The Hotel is in a a great location, amazing Employees. Extremely friendly locals that made us feel welcome. The Employees helped us get reservations, get around town, even let us know about a steamboat that was visiting the town. We will be back someday.”
