“We visited this pub on Saturday and Sunday and it lived up to its reviews. Sadly, Campbell, the proprietor is retiring and no one has shown an interest in taking over. I was privileged to be there on the last night to enjoy the to enjoy the wonderful service and warm welcome from the regulars who are gutted to lose their favourite bar.”

“An absolutely lovely team! We wanted to start hiking the Speyside Way about three weeks ago, but our luggage was lost at the airport. Without our equipment, we were stranded in Buckie - the Mahmoods and the whole team at the Old Coach House Hotel made it possible for us to stay with them despite being fully booked, so we would have a place to stay while waiting for our baggage. The rooms have everything you need, and I cannot stress enough how helpful and courteous the whole hotel team was. They really saved our behinds and were beyond friendly during the days we got to stay with them. Thank you! We would definitely book here again.Walkability: Excellent, the Old Coach House Hotel is in the centre of Buckie, with restaurants, pubs, shops and an ATM (BoS) nearbyFood & drinks: While we stayed with them, they couldn't prepare and serve food in their hotel restaurant as usual since the water supply in their kitchen was acting up, Scottish Water started fixing it as we left. They recommended some nearby restaurants for us and we greatly enjoyed our food there.”
