Sadly was one of the worst pieces of Wagyu beef I?ve seen (been cooking and travelling the world for 24 years), not only was this a really bad piece of meat, it was butchered like a 5 year old and even the owners customers service was terrible as she tried to shout at me on the phone as opposed to resolving the issue. It was highly recommended but my Wagyu and experience was not so. When you pay £302 for 1.5 kg of Wagyu beef it needs to be spot on. Yes I got a refund but I was not looking for that.

Ok, so it's at the top end of most people's budgets, however... if you're a passionate foody, and a beef lover there really is nowhere out there like this. As well as the farm, there's the restaurant but what I love most is their outlet shop on Bridge of Allan high street. A huge selection of cuts to take home with you, great information from really knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff, and a little seating area where you can peruse the menu or try some samples.
