I’ve ordered a couple times and have been underwhelmed…The website and customer service could do with a massive upgrade.

Sadly was one of the worst pieces of Wagyu beef I’ve seen (been cooking and travelling the world for 24 years), not only was this a really bad piece of meat, it was butchered like a 5 year old and even the owners customers service was terrible as she tried to shout at me on the phone as opposed to resolving the issue.... read full comment
