After helping me, my son started to speak to her and they both blethered for 5 mins and then told us to have a nice day and waved bye to us as we left. Can I say WOW. What an impact she had on my son that day. He spoke of her for days. Calling her that nice women speak to me. My son finds talking hard and most people shrug him off. Dot took the time to let him speak to her, and replayed to him with sheer positively on how much of a lovely little boy he is. Can I say what a credit to your company she is. I wish there was more people like Dot. Thank you so much Dot. We love you. ❤”
