“The products are very good. The service at the checkouts is terrible. Today a obnoxious tubby lady at the Bellshill branch who tells me her husband left her and remarried and the blissful couple want nothing to do with her unsurprisingly was telling me she was clever but getting everything wrong. in addition she struck me on the arm a witness saw this and the event will be reported to the police. Rude and horrendous service is one thing but violence against customers is something else.”
