“Euro car parts in Bellshill AMAZING, I had a problem with a part I had ordered from East Kilbride branch that was totally my fault, (wrong brake pads ordered) and was told by EK branch that the pads had been fitted and damaged, I have no clue how these pads could of been fitted as they were around an inch bigger than the originals . EK branch would not change them or refund. Told me to drive to another branch and they would probably change them, (WHY). Went to Bellshill and the team in there sorted my problem instantly with no fuss and could not believe what the EK branch had said. Thank you the young lady behind the counter who I never got her name and the manager personally came down and apologised to me, THANK YOU, Great team. I will from now on just travel 15 mins extra to go to this store instead of using my local EK store.”
