Been in twice in the last month and both times no manned checkout. The atmosphere around the self service tills is grim, twice now the staff member was herding people and clearly some customers were confused by the whole experience. There were no manned checkouts when I visited this M\\u0026S store this afternoon. People were forced to use the self-service checkouts instead.
