“My fiancée and I were visiting the UK when we stumbled across this eatery while looking for a date night spot. It was perfect! The manager, Gareth, took good care of us and made sure date night went off without a hitch! When we visit the UK again, we'll be sure to go again and ask for Gareth!”

“Shopped in this store today at approx 2.30pm and was served at checkout by a male employee who I feel needs to be congratulated on being helpful, cheery, polite and an absolute credit to your store. I actually left this store with huge grin on my face at the fantastic customer service I received from this lad. I attempted to praise him on Sainsburys website but there was no fascility to do this only if I wanted to complain.”

“Always a great experience at the local Co-Op. The staff is very pleasant. Nice selection of food and drink, including the expected prepared foods. It's not a giant store, but it has most of what you need when you forget something last minute and need to grab it.”

“customer service skills non existent , i returned a bottle of wine to this store as the seal was broken , the female member of staff i approached had no people skills in dealing with a simple faulty/returned item ,i understand small issues happen in life but a simple apology is all i expected instead i walked out the store feeling i had inconvenienced her not the other way round considering i had travelled 2 miles to return the item”

“Staff here seem to be a real unit, and it shows because it is always well presented inside. Good choice of alcoholic drinks. Prices are a bit high compared to some other similarly sized shops in the area, but they usually have deals if you're not too fussy. Plenty of other services such as top-up phone, energy meters, etc. Also has a free ATM outside. However, parking when it's even a little bit busy is a total nightmare... especially when the local primary & high schools are out.”
