Came up to Scotland from Birmingham for the weekend. Our “home” gym is at The Fort in Birmingham so thought it rude not to pop into the first available AF gym. Love the flexibility of not being 1restricted to times I can go when I suits me. It can be daunting taking the first steps but the staff always make me feel welcome and at ease. Would highly recommend awesome place to work out
