“Came up to Scotland from Birmingham for the weekend. Our “home” gym is at The Fort in Birmingham so thought it rude not to pop into the first available AF gym. We were welcomed by Ross and a great welcome it was too! He took us around the gym areas, showed us where the changing rooms toilets etc. were. Directed us to the “free fruit Friday”bowl and said to “shout up” if he could be of any assistance. This is a great gym. Spotlessly clean, plenty of sanitising stations and all the usual drink options (free water station vending machines etc) The gym is very well laid out. There is an excellent selection of machines. There is a very good free weights area along with cable machines, bench press racks treadmill and cross trainers. The gym is very well stocked!!
We managed two sessions in three days so happy with that! If you are around this way please drop in you will be well looked after and not disappointed.”
