I have attended opticians since 1992 and can say without contradiction that this one is the worst I have ever experienced. Professional is undoubtedly alien to them. I am currently seeking advice from appropriate bodies regarding their practices.

I honestly, wish I could give the Banchory team 10 stars on Google, as 5 stars doesn’t quite seem enough - the team are fantastic.
