Me and my boyfriend booked a holiday to Benidorm today in the Ayr TUI store. Claire was extremely helpful and knowledgeable she helped us book our perfect holiday. We Love all the girls in the Ayr store! Big shout out to Vicki and Fiona too who I saw today! Such a Lovely team. I will book my next holiday with them again soon! xx

Fiona at Ayr store booked our holiday. She was first class explained everything we needed to know about hotel and flights and made it so much easier than doing it online. Very knowledgeable about all aspects of travel. Recommend Fiona and Ayr store .

Thank you to Fiona in the Ayr store. Taking the time to deal with us for our cruise ensuring that everything was booked together with an other booking with our family. Booked our family holiday to Mexico with Necole in the Ayr branch. She very helpful and advised us on all options available. She understood our needs and was able to get exactly what we needed. She spoke about what upgrading would be like and all the extras we would get. Although I didn?t upgrade at the time of booking, I have since been back in and booked it. All the staff have been fantastic showing me videos of what it would be like on the Dreamliner. (We didn?t look at the hotel as we have been before). I can only thank the staff once again for all their help. First class.
