Me and my boyfriend booked a holiday to Benidorm today in the Ayr TUI store. Claire was extremely helpful and knowledgeable she helped us book our perfect holiday. Fiona at Ayr store booked our holiday. She was first class explained everything we needed to know about hotel and flights and made it so much easier than doing it online. Very knowledgeable about all aspects of travel. Recommend Fiona and Ayr store .

I went into the store it was very busy so left my phone number and Vicky phoned me back and manage to get the swim up room for me on a different date went into the store on the Monday and she had everything ready for me excellent service and I appreciate it Margaret McKinnon
