Absolutely lovely little find, stopped here briefly to get some food and some snacks to continue our NC500 tour, all the staff were extremely attentive and very kind to us as soon as we entered the door. Cheap prices too with absolutely amazing food with selections such as Cakes, Rolls and various drinks! Everything is cooked on site and is with you within minutes. Even though we were a party of 7 we were all served very quickly with great quality food.Parking is free across the road and the kind gentleman gave us some tips on police locations around the area and told us to not speed past them and get a fine, very awesome person and we thank him alot! There is also an art gallery upstairs with various pieces and art supplies that are available for purchase! Very cool to look at, we purchased a small sketchbook since we couldnt pass up on the offer!Overall, very nice place to eat/stop on your journey forward if you ever happen to be passing through the area. Couldnt reccommend it enough!Vegetarian options: Vegan options are available! Just make sure you ask the staff what is in the item you are ordering as they have a list of everything that is vegan and what isnt!Parking: Small parking lot across the street from the cafe, plenty of spaces and layby areas if the parking is full at the time of your arrival!

We popped in the Bridge Cottage Art Café after a wintery but beautiful walk along River Ewe and we felt it was the right choice the moment we walked through the door. The cakes (date slice and carrot cake) were absolutely delicious and the lattes the best we had for a long time. The decoration was absolutely lovely (thanks to Ailsa for the mural) and the music very soothing. The fact that the café combines with an art gallery was an absolute treat. We definitely recommend venturing upstairs to browse the beautiful photos, paintings, textiles, mugs and notepads (all inspired by nature and the creation of the owners: Jennifer, Ailsa and Ian). And last but not least, thanks ever so much to Ailsa and Ian for giving us such a warm welcome. We wish you the very best in your new adventure in beautiful Wester Ross!Parking: Free parking spaces available across the street.Kid-friendliness: Baby chair available.

Only popped in for a takeaway coffee. Really nice little cafe with art gallery upstairs. Coffee was tasty and hot. Cafe was busy with people sitting in having lunch, which all looked good. Will definitely make time to have food the next we are in the village. Staff were great and cheery.

Fantastic place. We struggled to find anywhere open on New Year's Eve whilst driving the NC500. What an amazing warm welcome this cafe offers. The food is just beautiful and the coffees amazing. Beautiful little art gallery upstairs and the toilets so clean. Best cafe we visited on our route NC500!!!!

It's a cute little cafe. I stopped at first because I needed to use the restroom, but the whole shop is very attentive. There are many beautiful things for sale. The cafe on the first floor also has meals, or you can just sit down and drink a cup of delicious coffee. All suitable.

Perfect stop for some lunch at this lovely cafe. Really tasty food, you can tell its high quality and homemade, and also took some cakes to go which were very good. The owners were very welcoming and we will be sure to come back again the next time we visit this part of the Highlands.

Great cozy little place with locals and some visitors. They're expanding their menu a bit, but the coffees are delicious, and cakes and scones and other goods are wonderful, baked in house by the owners' daughter, a gorgeous Scottish redhead, the vivacious Ilsa (sp?) who makes everyone feel at home!
