“To the head of management or personnel. Many people are very quick to leave bad reviews and never bother to say something when all went well. Today, I would like to bring to your attention, two of your colleagues. Both of these colleagues are Male. The elder of the gentlemen is Philip, who has worked in the store for some time. The younger is Daniel, who has only been there a short time. Both of these gentlemen are a credit to Farmfoods, in my opinion, they would be a credit to any store. Their attitude to customer care, from arrival to departure is simply priceless. Both go the extra mile, as the rest of the world should also do. I'm sure that your female staff are also of the same attitude, but I am only writing comments on whom I have had the pleasure of serving me. “It's a small supermarket so not much choice (especially vegan), but what they have is really good and the staff is always helpful and polite. The carpark is spacious, parking is never a problem. Plus they have a 'exausted batteries collection point' and an Amazon locker, both very appreciated.”

“Great superstore clean well layed out but expensive. Parking plenty of spaces.but be careful .do not return within 3 hours or you will receive a. 60 pound fine. They done that to me . And I swore that I would never shop there again I spent over 1hundred pound's a week in that store I now use Tesco since they fitted there camera ? I now use Tesco.”

“ATMs outside of the shop at the trolleys to the right to the entrance, awesome staff, indoor café and toilets. Lots of more shops next to it for your day to day groceries. Security is there too.”

“Great shop for food if you're on a budget, branded items at great prices with a good range of canned, chilled and frozen food. They also sell bread and fruit & veg. The only complaint is there's always a long queue and you can have a bit of a wait to get served.”
