“I recently started using Aldi as it's close to where I live and I recently lost my job. I was always shopping at Morrisons so I wish I started using this shop earlier. Great prices with lots of choice and the staff are friendly and helpful (mostly) but it can be hard getting round the shop as it's always very busy. I'll be using this shop for the time being. Their chicken kievs are the best i've ever had!”

“It's a small supermarket so not much choice (especially vegan), but what they have is really good and the staff is always helpful and polite. The carpark is spacious, parking is never a problem. Plus they have a 'exausted batteries collection point' and an Amazon locker, both very appreciated.”

“To the head of management or personnel. Many people are very quick to leave bad reviews and never bother to say something when all went well. Today, I would like to bring to your attention, two of your colleagues. Both of these colleagues are Male. The elder of the gentlemen is Philip, who has worked in the store for some time. The younger is Daniel, who has only been there a short time. Both of these gentlemen are a credit to Farmfoods, in my opinion, they would be a credit to any store. Their attitude to customer care, from arrival to departure is simply priceless. Both go the extra mile, as the rest of the world should also do. I'm sure that your female staff are also of the same attitude, but I am only writing comments on whom I have had the pleasure of serving me. “Store is good but morrisons are continually reducing size of items while not reducing prices for these items.Also its ridiculous they have to tills open while queues are forming. Two is more than a queue sort this out go in for quick shop end up in shop for 40 mins due to tills not being manned”

“I was shopping in your store and I had Drew my assistance dog with me. A man came over and helped me put my shopping in the car. He had already spoken to me in the store. After he left, I realised my phone purse was missing from my pocket. I was able to track it when I got home. It was found in the bushes on the way to the main road. All my cards were still in it and my iPhone 15. £200 was taken out my purse but everything else was safe. Thanks to the staff for all their help.”
