Absolutely shocking customer service. Woman at the fitting rooms was beyond rude. Don't work in a customer service role if you clearly don't want to be there.

Absolutely fabulous cashier in the kids section around 12 today. He was engaging, polite and overall brilliant. Please give this guy a raise (and his hair ruled)

Branch is improving,went there yesterday and it’s busy with the sales and being the only store for the whole of Aberdeen,staff at the fitting room and check out points offered excellent customer service regardless .
