One star is too many. My parcel has been at the Yodel depot for over a week. Feedback said I'd requested a 'hold' on my parcel! I'd like to give them no stars. Still yet to receive a package that was supposed to be delivered on the 1st. I have received no notifications since then either and it has involved me having to repeatedly go online to track where my parcel is and flag it with customer services. "missed" a delivery and now I seem to be stuck waiting for a par el that they tell me is "due for delivery today" but it never shows up...no options to reschedule, change address etc.This is a joke
