absolutely shocking,rude staff with a jumped up employee who was on a power trip.ticket said screen 1 however apparently the movie moved screens but we weren?t told,I will never go there ever again.

Cinema was fine but unfortunately they had changed the screens. Nobody there to tell us went to screen 7 to be the only ones there, went back to desk with 5 minutes to go to be told it had been changed to screen 2. Had bought VIP tickets for screen 7 but the same seats in screen 2 was right behind the barrier, was unable to see the bottom of the screen when sitting in them. Disappointed to pay the extra to end up moving to normal seats.

Nice wee cinema, great location in city centre and quieter and better value than cineworld. Only downside is you always have to come past some really rough looking people that hang around on Vues old exit on Union Street they can be quite intimidating and are generally making a nuisance of themselves.

Went to watch a film the other week and have to say the building definitely needs improvement. Our cinema screen had a very bad smell and a notice on the door to warn us of faulty air con so screen 6 was really hot which did nothing for the smell . This spoiled the point of going to a cinema to watch a movie on the big screen! I would think twice before I went back to this cinema.

The lights were broken and so the whole place was shut down. I understand thats not their fault but it was frustrating as I got an email confirmation at 11.30am that day that my ticket was cancelled for the 6pm showing yet it didn't say why and the fact my booking fee wont be cancelled is not refundable despite this being THEIR fault and not my fault (I bought the tickets through their website) is terrible since I did nothing wrong at all. Be careful of buying tickets online because of this

Great cinema, good food that's better priced than Cineworld, seats are better than Cineworld as are movie prices.

I would say best cinema in Aberdeen, good price and comfortable, shame there is no free parking but it is in the town centre so can?t expect that

Callum is an asset to your company, he welcomed us in with a smile as well as being helpful. Callum made our visit more pleasurable and would return just to see him! You usually leave a cinema chatting about the movie, however, we left talking about how great Callum was.Callum, you are definitely better than 5 stars ?

This is our preferred cinema in Aberdeen. The seats are generally comfier for me anyway. The prices are a lot better than their competition. Having said that, the condition of the VIP seats was less than perfect on our last visit and generally needs a spruce up. But I would still recommend it.

Cinema is far too hot. Air conditioning seems to have been out for months. Had to leave a film halfway through as the temperature is ridiculous. Really should be prioritising getting this fixed.

i went today, my experience was atrocious, just before going into the building i booked an online ticket to save time, the movie was Oppenheimer, when i went to the front till to scan my ticket they said they couldn?t let me in as i didn?t have any form of ID but my other 15 year old friends had went to see it earlier on in the month and didn?t get asked for any sort of identification, they said that i couldn?t be let in and luckily my friend wasn?t able to purchase a ticket online as we were not allowed in and when i went online to get a refund for the £6.99 i had paid, it denied me of that as it said i needed to cancel my ticket 3 hours prior to the screening time, so i left that cinema empty handed and just wasted £6.99 on sweet nothing, customer service was absolutely useless as well, it?s also just a very average cinema as well, don?t waste time going to a cinema, go to the theatre you get more for your money.
