Went with the kids to see the wonka film on Christmas eve had a great time

absolutely shocking,rude staff with a jumped up employee who was on a power trip.ticket said screen 1 however apparently the movie moved screens but we weren’t told,I will never go there ever again.

Cinema was fine but unfortunately they had changed the screens. Nobody there to tell us went to screen 7 to be the only ones there, went back to desk with 5 minutes to go to be told it had been changed to screen 2. Had bought VIP tickets for screen 7 but the same seats in screen 2 was right behind the barrier, was unable... read full comment
