Store is always a mess, trolleys of items just dumped everywhere- went in today and there was tubs lying full of water it stunk of pee and the water was brown just left lying in the middle of the shop with no signs

Came here for tableware such as plates and cups. Left extremely disappointed.
When I got to the till point I asked for the cups to be wrapped so they wouldn’t break on my way home. I was told they don’t have any in store so I left the items and decided I’d order them online.
