Booked ear health consultation including wax removal. All procedure lasts for less than 15 min. Not impressed with the service I received. Ears wasn't cleaned properly, large amount of wax left in both ears. See photo attached. For £50 I expect better service.

Would definitely recommend getting ear wax removal. I was very impressed with the way in which the pharmacist explained everything before starting the process and asking all the questions necessary regarding any ear problems I may have.
