I went to the shop in the Bon Accord Centre in Aberdeen today.
I'd been having problems with my phone, which I'd bought there, a long time ago. A lovely Assistant, Koney, sat me down and after some time, she sorted the problem with my emails, via Talktalk and the phone's camera and Gallery. She was very friendly, respectful,...

Decided to get broadband. We are both over 60 and have no understanding of how it works . We met Max who explained everything in a way we could understand. Decided after that to get it. What a pleasure to meet you Max . Keep up the good work. Alistair and Michelle.
