I'd been having problems with my phone, which I'd bought there, a long time ago. A lovely Assistant, Koney, sat me down and after some time, she sorted the problem with my emails, via Talktalk and the phone's camera and Gallery. “Danestone cafe, friendly staff, clean cafe but food not as expected. Waffles were overcooked, & muffin too spicy. I came specifically for their very tasty halloumi muffin with mashed avocado but today it had a hot chilli kick which I wasn’t expecting. Either from chilli sauce or the garnish. My son had plain waffles with Maple Syrup. The waffles were definitely overcooked. They shouldn’t have served them. My teenage son wouldn’t allow me to return them and ask for new ones. So 4/5 for todays experience. I won’t be rushing back here for breakfast next Sunday morning.”
