I went for a facial - which was reasonable, nothing special - I also had my eyebrows done & is something I would never recommend to anyone - I went from looking like a clown with huge black brows, which I insisted the girl remove immediately! Poor customer service. I had booked some appointments for some waxing and nails and completely understand they have a 24 hr cancellations policy.
