I visited the store to collect my £170 jacket that I had ordered and received brilliant service up until then. I made them aware that I was looking for some hiking trousers to go with my jacket, I received no response or help. Once I had selected a pair to try on there was still no help with any questions I had!

Visited on the 15th July for a boot fitting appointment. Was served by a lovely girl called Karen. She listened to exactly what I wanted the boots for and the requirements I had.
