Met with Bill in store who sorted me out on the spot, great advice with no messing about.In house fitters arrived this morning - they called in advance to say they were on way.New grippers, underlay and carpet laid faster than the time it took me to lift the old grippers.No hassle, friendly and tidy Also gave me a bit of advice on another flooring issue I had.Great firm.
