“This is the worst Nissan dealership l have dealt with. The customer care is awful. Nissan warranty promise is a fake and a joke. I bought a Nivarra in 2021unknowing it had a turbo problem. Nissan Northampton picked up the problem and did a change of air intake pipes. Still no improvement. Nissan Aberdeen keep putting it as an amber problem and refuse to look at it. Now it is past it's five years warranty!When my truck went in for mot in May 2023 with it's turbo amber fault and had to have shocks replaced on warranty they kept my vehicle for over six weeks and until l complained they refused me a courtesy car! The people smile at your face and fob you off. Then plead with me to give them ten out of ten! I am autistic and really struggle when out of my routine. Nissan have now fobbed me off again about having my truck in for turbo diagnostic because they refuse to give me a courtesy car, the lady said she would get me a hire car, booked my truck in for this December, next week. Yesterday another lady phoned me and said they have to rearrange date because there is a problem with diagnostic technician. Sure fare enough. Then she books me for February 2024. I say about my oil leak on my turbo she said oh bring it in and we can look at it......but you can't have a car to get home! I am very distressed about this, l am dismissed, my truck is not being attended to and Nissan does not care at all. I would advise all of you to buy a vehicle elsewhere cause there is no customer care at Nissan Aberdeen! Only pretending, there is false smiles and poor vehicle care. My truck has a turbo problem. I took it to a third party and they say it needs replacing it will cost £3 to 4 000. Nissan need to honour their product and fix my truck. This is causing me a great deal of anxiety and distress. I am so tired of living in a world that lies and cheats, people need to care about each other. You can't see my disability because it is how my brain works. It is deeply distressing....l don't have £3 to 4000 to fix my trucks turbo. Nissan need to honour their product. I can't believe how unkind people are. They fob me off and dismiss my issue..it is gaslighting!UPDATE: It is 18th February 2024, and l have my Navara back. My ute was booked in by Nissan Aberdeen on 14th February, for a recall diagnostic.Nissan investigated the issue with my ute's turbo and replaced the part. They ran another check and feel 100% convident the turbo is in correct working order. This was carried out under warranty.I would sincerely like to thank Caroline for listening to me, taking her time to make resolution.I would like to sincerely thank Nissan for being honourable, respectful - not only to my human self but to my Navara, one of their vehicles.I am certainly most relieved and very grateful that values have been upheld. The Japanese, who are honourable people can be happy with Nissan Aberdeen.”
