Felt horrible due to self checkout this afternoon. I started the whole scan with a bag only to be accused of trying to steal it due the barcode not scanning properly. I was in store on Saturday 14th June and Amber helped me choose make up. What a lovely, helpful and friendly girl who made me feel at ease with what I was intending to purchase.
