Very nice guy helped me today! I wanted to return a Tu item.. Could not find online receipt (deleted from inbox by error!)and was panicking a bit and had had a bit of a rubbish day! The guy was lovely and said we just need to go into your account and we will see recent orders! He made it so simple and had a really lovely manner. Thanks for being so helpful and lovely. Sorry didnt get your name... You are a star?

It was ok but advised by staff to go to another store as they are more stocked at the Hub store.

They managed to lose part of my order I purchased (which I only found by phoning them myself.)The order was two £1000+ computers. They only delivered one. I phoned customer care, they said go to the store. I go to the store, and a store colleague insinuated that I was lying when trying to attain the refund the customer care team told me they had arranged with the store, even with the receipt and proof of purchase/bank statement. Tried to offer me a lesser refund in the store, instead of the full amount. Diabolical behaviour. Asked them where that figure had come from to be told she didn't know and then said she didn't feel comfortable processing the refund and to come back the next day.After several hours I've managed to get a refund on my second visit with the store manager now, for the full amount, hours down the rabbit hole. Argos has admitted fault. For a time, I thought I would have to contact trading standards, and the police, for essentially fraud and theft to get the money I spent with them back.Absolutely shocking level of incompetenece and negligence shown by everyone who was not a store manager, or part of the customer care team, who both tried to pass the buck back to each other to not have to admit fault and process the refund.Mistakes happen. I would have accepted that if told it was going to be handled before I had to bob and weave being told I was in the wrong and that I was trying to get a refund on an item already delivered.The merry go round goose chase I've been on has left me extremely disappointed, exhausted, and angry with Argos, the Home Delivery team, the Customer Care department, and Sainburies in total for allowing this mess to happen.

Staff very attentive and helpful. Guided us through process of using their terminals to order and pay. Even went into stock room and retrieved item. Really well done. Will certainly return.

Went to argos to collect batteries after ordering online. My wife went into collect them but the staff asked her for I?d (she?s 24) and due to her not having any with her she was unable to collect. After my wife came out I went into collect the batteries however even with id I was refused to collect them. The staff member had a horrendous attitude. We had to cancel the first order and now we have to wait 7days for the money back. I then ordered another set of the same batteries and was able to collect with no issues. The entire experience was ridiculous and unprofessional on Argos part. All in all I was in the shop 3 times and this is not good considering the current pandemic

Quick service! Click & collect available! Inside the Sainsbury's so very handy if you want to do food shopping. Staff always very helpful.

My husband went to this store and ordered one item and paid for it to be delivered. We were told the item would be delivered last Friday. I waited in from 7am until 10am. No delivery phoned Argos and was told that the driver couldn't find the address. But my husband had given them clear written instructions to our home. Item finally delivered today.

Argos did not accept my return. They seem happy enough for people to purchase products but will not exchange any faulty products. Avoid like the plague.

Only thing I would criticize is mess of ladies toilets and disabled toilets, but that's really not staffs fault, it's the fault of the people who dont flush ,pee on the floor, and put toilet roll all thru it.its appalling
