“Call yesterday, a member of the food hall team in Witney ,Domanic, went more than the extra mile in assisting myself, who has mobility challenges and my mother in a wheelchair, nothing was too much, he was kind, caring, supportive, and enthusiastic to meet our customer service needs, I hope this young gentleman is acknowledged for his extraordinary high-level customer service, and certainly excels in his chosen career. Well done Marks & Spencer’s for recruiting such an exceptional young staff member who truly cares about customer service.”

“I recently had the pleasure of interacting with two outstanding employees at Waitrose, Witney - Byron and Kate. While preparing for a big move, I was in desperate need of cardboard boxes. Despite the store closing down for the day, Byron took the time to assist me and, although unable to find any boxes that evening, ensured that I would be taken care of the next day by informing Kate. True to his word, upon my visit the following day, Kate immediately went out of her way to procure the boxes I needed.I’m truly touched by the dedication and the extra mile both Byron and Kate went to assist me. It’s refreshing to see such commitment and kindness, especially when they did it entirely out of goodwill. This experience underscores the importance of having employees who are genuinely willing to go beyond their call of duty. Kudos to both of them and a big thank you to Waitrose, Witney for fostering such a supportive and helpful environment. “This is a fantastic local shop. The staff are amazing and there are always plenty of gherkins on the shelf. I love gherkins and if they were to ever run out I couldn't handle it. I have been to other Coop branches which have been short of gherkin stock and it's always a disappointment. A big thumbs up for the Eynsham Coop”

“Great nursery! Runs through half terms which is very convenient for working parents. Another very important aspect personally for me is that my daughter always gets a freshly cooked meal by chef every day. No unhealthy snacks or pre-pack cold food. When my daughter started nursery, English was her second language, so to begin with she had a problem settling in. Staff at Caterpillars did a great job and put a lot of effort helping her to fell like at home. Even learned coupl”

“Not the best Lidl I’ve been to but not the worst.Almost no flowers to pick from and very little bakery left.The middle of Lidl was well stocked and the staff seemed happy to be there.I wish they would keep the self check out open late at night!”

“Got some lunch from here, good choice of food to go mainly based around sandwiches, pastas and salads. Shelves were well stocked, the shop seemed clean and tidy with friendly staff.Will probably be here again tomorrow….”

Was panicking as we arranged a photo shoot, which was at 1:30. Went into store at 12:30 hopeful.\\nIt was manic in the store. One women was having ago at him as well as another member of staff but he kept his cool. He took my order number and was back within 2 minutes with my order.\\nHad been delivered but not checked in, bottom of the pile but he saved the day! I'll be forever grateful. Thank you Andy!”

“Great store I’ve never had any problems and it’s easy to walk around and find things apart from the nuts. So it’s a great store, just don’t forget the nectar card. I don’t agree with having to pay extra if you forget card, even with a receipt for adding later I still miss the nectar prices.”
