Thank you so much to Belinda for helping my Mother in Law and I yesterday. We were after a fragrance for my husband and I couldn't remember the name. Belinda was so patient and offered lots of suggestions. We got there eventually, no thanks to my memory! Thank you so much Belinda, you're an asset to the company.

Been in here 4 or 5 times for stuff for my partner but won’t bother anymore. Asked for help finding a headband for my partner, was spoken to really rudely by a member of staff. Asked politely where I may find one and was met with demands of an explanation of what a headband is…? Then spoke really condescendingly... read full comment
