“I love the clothing and it’s quality, but this store in Witney deserves a special mention. The staff are brilliant. The manageress is exceptional. Having bought a pair of trousers, they sadly shrunk in the wash. When I told her what had happened, she immediately said I could return them and get an exchange. What fantastic customer service! Thank you and I look forward to returning soon.”

Changing rooms are a good size and mirrors are honest. Staff are friendly and very willing to help with finding something or if asked will give advice on colour /sizing etc.”
