Location is stunning. However, for the price i would not recommend staying again. We just stayed a night and overall for the price found it disappointing. Tonight was one of the worst dining experiences of my life.
After a lovely 36 year wedding anniversary day with my wife, my expectation was to have rounded it off perfectly by having a lovely meal in idyllic surroundings, so I booked the Old Swan for dinner, having stayed and eaten there previously.
Lovely location on the edge of the village, across the road to the river and the Old Mill. Stunning old building with heaps of character. Friendly staff, only stopped for a drink, food menu looked good though.
