Martyn Cox Estate Agency, and Beatriz and her lettings team in particular, were excellent in securing new tenants for my property as quickly as possible, and in providing support during the one month void period, while interior works were carried out. I would thoroughly recommend them to any landlords for their professionalism, especially during this time of change in legislation.
