“We can honestly say that the whole process has been a real pleasure and very professional. We really appreciate the extra steps that were taken by the installers when fitting our furniture, to accommodate our individual need. The ordering process was so easy and every question we asked we had an informative and swift response. Communication at every stage was a breath of fresh air, even on the day, the installers checked things with us as they fitted each piece. We are absolutely thrilled with it, the room looks so different. It means we will now have a lovely comfortable sleeping area when needed and we have a great office/craft desk too.”

“Not a reflection on this particular store, but how employees are treated by the powers above. Staff are expected to offer products at the tills to up sell as well as offer a leaflet asking to leave a review, and ask customers for postcodes, those at head office clearly have no idea what its like working in a store. customers come in to shop, not get asked various questions at the tills, it is very of putting, and ive never known a shop ask for postcodes before! Staff have had a lot on their plate, what with working throughout the pandemic even though everyone knows that robert dyas wasnt an essential store during the lockdown. All this while earning the absolute minumum the goverment will allow. If the company could pay less, they absolutely would. Its sad that the government has had to implement the national living wage because greedy businesses don't value their staff enough to pay them a decent wage. Theo Pathitis should be ashamed of himself. From what ive heard, it isn't a good place to work, staff have lost faith in the powers above and during this pandemic they certainly have shown their true colours. Profit before employee's health and wellbeing.”
